Morgan uses OAuth-based connectors for Gmail and Outlook (to parse bank statements and invoices), and direct CSV import for any bank. Native bank API integrations (Open Banking) are in beta.

Yes. Morgan never stores your banking credentials. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use Supabase with row-level security so your data is strictly isolated from other users.

We are SOC 2 Type II compliant (report available on request) and GDPR-ready for EU customers.

Yes, two-way QuickBooks and Xero sync is available on Starter and above. Morgan maps your chart of accounts to its own category taxonomy automatically.

Yes. You can export transactions as CSV, download monthly report PDFs, and access your data via API on the Scale plan.

Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial with full access. No credit card needed to start the trial.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Bank transfer is available for annual enterprise plans.

Absolutely. You can cancel from your settings page at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt region) by default on Supabase-managed PostgreSQL infrastructure. Enterprise customers can request a dedicated region.

No. Your financial data is never used to train AI models, either Morgan's or OpenAI's. We use OpenAI's API under a data processing agreement that prohibits training on customer data.

Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data from the settings page. We'll purge your data within 30 days of deletion.
